Under Ramotar the police fired LIVE bullets into black protests at least once, and rubber bullets on other occasions. So how could blacks have been in power when an Indian dictatorship is able to get black stooges that it appointed to attack other blacks?
Indians do NOT want to be policemen or soldiers!
Blacks were in high places under the PPP, all commissioner of police except Seelall, all heads of GDF, countless black leaders in the public service at all levels and the list goes on.
