Physician Assistants Level 1
Looking for six entry level Physician Assistants excited to work in a busy fast paced hospital for evening and night shifts. We offer full time hours, however we will consider candidates only available part time as well.
This is a Temp to Perm position.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Examining patients.
Performing comprehensive physical examinations.
Compiling patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination.
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as x rays or blood tests.
Assessing plans and providing patient care under the supervision of a physician.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, possess excellent communication skills, be proactive and have a genuine interest in their career. This person relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Requirements:
• Graduate Degree from an accredited PA School required.
• Certified as a PA in New York State required.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Must meet any state requirements pertaining to a physician assistant.
*No individual malpractice insurance will be required.
A background check and drug test will be administered if you are chosen as a qualified candidate.
