Jagdeo is in Jamaica at the invitation of the IMF and the Jamaican government. Clearly, they recognize Jagdeo's competence and relevance to the high-level Caribbean Forum.

He is rubbing shoulders with Africans of the Caribbeans,while the Africans of Guyana are besmirched by his supporters on GNI and the homeland.
