* Nagamootoo and the AFC negotiated for the AFC Prime Minister to chair Cabinet--that will soothe Moses's ego----but Minister of State Harmon will be the President's deputy.

* Also under the current constitution the Prime Minister is nearly impotent.

* The Big Kahuna is Granger and his deputy will be Harmon.
