If $US18m set aside to settle the border disputes, there is no need for Basil William to stand among international attorneys. If he is unqualified or not, he is still the AG. If Greenidge said he should not be at the ICJ, he probably doesn't want Basil to blight the only chance Guyana has to be heard in the world's court.
