PNC protesters were marching down north rd and regent st , ignoring the TSU , it was Paul Slowe who order the firing of tear gas and shoots against the protesters . The same Paul Slowe who ignore Jagdeo orders to return the fire arms to a ppp supporter who had kill a member of the public .

Caribny should answer why did Paul refuse the commander order to return a gun to ppp member but follow instruction to shoot his own blacks who were protesting .
