It goes like this........assuming that you are in Guyana, lets say in June/July and for some reason or the other, you have to go to the NIS office, in Camp Street, and there you observed that about the twenty persons worked in the office....there were about Fifteen Afro Guyanese, and about Five were Indo Guyanese.........happenly you have to go back in July/August and you noticed that there are twenty Afro Guyanese and nil Indo Guyanes..................means that all the Indo Guyanese were sent home: and this my friend, is what Indo Guyanese would call "Ethnic Cleansing"
