Yes this is true of the PNC. What was true of the PPP was that they thought that speculative real estate, retail and movie complexes and fast food outlets was development. Because aside from gold those were the only sectors which grew after 2000.

PPP at least were making an effort to develop the country, with bridges, infrastructure, hydro fall etc. Laying the groundwork for an atmosphere conducive to business. Today without a cheap reliable source of electricity, trained labor force, deep water harbor - shipping routes, safety from criminals etc, businesses will not waste time investing just for the sake of doing so.  The investments has to be sound, so far all your farming ideas are pipe dreams as you and your fellow pnc operatives are talkers and not doers.
