Clearly, Granger, an army man, is not qualified to be president of Guyana. He appears to have one foot in the grave and would do well to surround himself with brighter minds, however those around him are even more incompetent. His cheap theatrics of using tax payers dollars to appease his supporters and then make headlines by claiming that he donated boats when it was really the tax payers.
