That registrar bribery been going on forever. I used to know people there who took bribes. This one guy with his dark shades was really wutliss. He always trying to get more money and will pretend that he can't find them. Once I tell him no more money he magically finds them. Bribery was the name of the game for that office. Those people working there couldn't care any less about what it took for people to get into that line that at times go down the stairs. And on many occasions would have to leave empty handed.
