i would have expected that any agreement include provisions to deal with fluctuations in the price of oil.
VVP's suggestion is a good one. Hope that the govt. heads in that direction. Though, my understanding is that the terms given at this point are good ones. Cannot really be definitive until the full contract is revealed and comparisons, analysis can be made.
Zed, when I said "better" I wasn't trying to compare it to the current one where the details are kept secret. I meant better in terms of allocating future blocks...if there are blocks closer to the shoreline from where a pipeline might be feasible they could give a better deal for exploring those as opposed to blocks in the neighborhood of where finding already occurred.
