As to African Americans. Well pick up a history book and educate yourself.
I can assure you that the deep rooted poverty in India is worse than in most places and that 50% of the people on this planet who defecate in public come from that country.
Some people are trapped by their histories and the heritages that result.
And I bet that the vast majority of blacks weren't in that pitiful state either. In TX I am seeing people of every racial origin lining up for help. I haven't heard anyone claim any racial bias in Houston.
