That statement from Trotman is unadulterated bullshit!! I am familiar with billion dollar contracts in one of the most competitive environment you can find. Regardless of the competition you can always provide a redacted contract where competitive information is blacked out. National security my ass!! Trotman is another dunce so he is a member of Granger's flock.
We simply was to see the sharing mechanisms in black and white. What so secretive about that? We are not asking for stuff like Exxon's production costs etc which can be redacted.
