Utter nonsense. Yes they inherited a broken criminal justice system but they have had 2 years to BEGIN to fix it. We don't expect miracles but we expect to see the beginning of some change.

Can Granger itemize how exactly he has begun to fix this and other issues? According to most G/T is once again "Wild Kingdom" even though its City Council and its national government are both APNU/AFC.
