The water filled holes in First Street, Cummings Lodge
The residents are the ones responsible for damaging the roads. Lok at the picture there is a container sitting on the parpet. those roads were never made for that kind of weight.

BTW Cumming's Lodge comes under the M&CC

Those damned residents! Why are they bruking up the nice nice place?
