The brand new COWPEN at the Guyana Passport Office that packs a few hundred sheeple (standing room only and maybe it should therefore be called a sheep pen) waiting to get a number so that they could then join the other long line inside the passport office. Once you make it out of here, you're halfway through since there's yet another line to join, the real line.
