Chris Ram should show us the proof to back up his allegation. If the payment stipulation is embedded in the contact, then he has no way of supplying proof and can only do so if the government releases the contract.

or the legislative committee on finance?? (the one chaired By irfan) can request that EITI intervene and try to get released the contract or payment info if any was made.

i am surprised that opposing and civic groups have not raised the issue with other international agencies dealing with corruption and transparency to which guyana is a signatory.
