Burke chose to reference one Afro Guyanese yet this has been common place with Indians.

Is not them used to complain when harsh measures were taken under the PPP? The PNC will need to take similar harsh, abrupt and decisive action to break the back of the crime culture sweeping the nation.

clearly we cannot say law enforcement is not cooperating! They are outmatched!
