Yes this idea had been peddled around for a while. A foolish mistake by any investment firm if they expect to profit from this venture. A strange location for such a pie in the sky facility. GT Durban park would have been better as it is more a central location. With all these promises made over the years, we shouldn't hold our breaths waiting for this to occur.
