Thanks dids,

Enjoy PRINCESS Z:

AB SAUP DIYA IS JIVAN KA: MP 3:

Ab saup diya is jeevan kaa sab bhara tumhaare haathon me.
Hai jeet tumhaare haatho me aur haar tumhaare haathon me.

O Lord, I now surrender into Your Hands all the problems and strains of my life because I realize that victory and defeat can be had only from Your Hands.

1) Mera nishchay bas ek yahi: ek baar tumhe mai paa jaoon .
Arpan kar doo duniya bhar kaa sab pyaar tumhaare haathon me.

My sole resolve is to come into contact with You even once, and so I dedicate into Your Hands all the love I can find in this world.

2) Jo jag me rahoo to aise rahoo, jo jal me kamal kaa phool rahe.
Mere avaguna dosh samarpita ho, Bhagwaan, tumhaare haathon me.

Either I remain aloof from the world, or I reside in the world with the consciousness of Your blessed hands on all sides.

3) Jab jab sansaar ka kaida banoo, nishkaama bhava se karma karoo.
Phir ant samay mai praana taju, Nirakaar, tumhaare haatho me.

Whenever I am re-born as a prisoner in this world, I always come to Your Court to have the final decision regarding my life's actions, because the power of fair judgement is only in Your Hands.

4) Mujha me tujha me bheda yahi: mai nara hoo, Aap Narayana ho.
Mai hu sansaar ke haathon me, sansaar tumhaare haathon me.

The fundamental difference between me and You, O Lord, is that while I am human, You are Master of all humans. I am in the hands of the world and the world rests in Your Hands.

.

This is one of my favourites. Actually, it is not an Arya Samaj bhajan. I was told by my Hindi teacher that this a very old and traditional Bhajan that is sung by the children in the primary schools in various parts of India.

Our own Rookmin Sitaram, who now resides in NY and who happened to perform with my group on many occasions, sang this on the album Bhakti Bhajans out of Guyana in the 60's.

Anyway I have sourced the translation from the Atmaa Geet except for verse 2.

Princess Z welcome and enjoy.
