Bai, take Venezuela, Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea and some of the other third oil-producing nations. Check the standard of living of their people. I PRAY AND HOPE THAT GUYANA IS NOT IN LINE TO JOIN THEM. I HOPE THE OIL ACCOUNTS MONIES ARE NOT BEING STASHED IN PERSONAL ACCOUNTS.
