Baseman is more stupid than Trump to even suggest Trump can accomplish anything. Trump has not accomplished anything. He has passed nothing and will not pass anything. He is riding on Obama's administration policy successes. He has done irreparable damage to America's brand.
He already did, he reversed Obama over regulation. It is having an impact. He has fast-forward Infrastucture, it will impact.

As I said, it is always over regulation when it means hustling the people, desecrating the environment or avoiding taxes.
