I thought you meant FACTA not FATCA The money laundering laws will stay. He cannot repeal that. Congress has to do that since it is legislation and he does not know the art of the deal so far since he is floundering and trading insults on twitter
99% has nothing to do with illicit money! It needs repeal or major modification!
How do you think three trillion dollars got orphaned overseas if not by companies using slight of hand to hide it from the 30 percent tax? They want to bring it back for free. Anything that prevents big business from abusing the environment, paying proper salaries etc are the target for modification.
