Mr. Felix stated that he “stoutly resisted” any attempt to have intelligence placed under the MOHA and in fact so much so that he resisted acting on reliable information that was provided to him. As a result of his revelations and in my regurgitating those days, l now am of the opinion that that resistance to act on reliable information was deliberate and that his focus was all the time on what the APNU/PNC was drumming up then and now. The classic example of the assault on Agricola in February 2006 despite the overwhelming evidence that this was spearheaded by the Rawlins and the criminal gangs, the then COP deduced that it was Roger Khan who was behind the assault at that time --and by his own public admissions now --- in fact tried to deflect the Force’s focus on the apprehending the criminal gang leaders, Rawlins’ et al. He was either obsessed with RK which l believe resulted from intense personal issues and a political agenda rather than protecting the public from criminal gangs and their murdering and threat to the security of the nation and the state.
