Why is the govt investing in plantain chip factory? Is the demand for plantain chips so great on the world market? Did they do a feasibility study? Govt should not be involved in running industry, a clear departure from jackass Granger's rhetoric pre 2015. The jackass is selling Skeldon and investing in plantain chips.
