Just to clear up a few misconceptions. The energy that Obama expended on the ACA was well spent as universal healthcare was something that US presidents have been hoping to do for a hundred years. If anything, Obama is not an ******* so he wouldn’t behave like Trump. By the time the ACA was passed, the Republicans took over the House and vowed to oppose any further proposals from Obama so he had no chance of getting the Republicans to support DACA. Righwingers has been seeking to rewrite history but that can only be done in their minds. The Republicans even forced the SC to go more than a year with a vacancy because they could have. The current Republican tent is not a place to proudly belong to because that tent is infested with the nastiest of creatures.
