PPPC overall developmental plans

This is the classic oxymoron. PPP and Development?????

Let's see...the PPP has "developed":

a private army to let Black people you can **** around wid coolies anymore. Yeah, we dirty Indians love that. We feel Jagdeo liberated us from the dirty blackman
a circle of friends to thief all those state assets and leave development for the people as something to think about later
relationship with foreign "investors" where they get to stash away some abroad;
a thriving narcotic business

I can go on and on about the PPP/C "development" plans for Guyana; but I think Uncle Sam has other development plans of its own.
