Jam Cafe: The Gravy Coop (Victoria and Vancouver, BC)

With people lined up down the block most mornings at its original location, Jam decided to bring the popular spot to Vancouver as well. After opening a few months ago, Vancouver’sJam Cafe is equally as busy, serving up big plates of food for breakfast and lunch. The buttermilk biscuit sandwich with scrambled eggs, tomato jam and cheddar cheese is tasty enough, but if you aren’t counting calories, go for The Gravy Coop: a buttermilk biscuit is topped with fried chicken, house sausage gravy and two sunny side eggs.
