EVOO: Breakfast Sandwich (Montreal, QC)

Only serving brunch on Sunday mornings, you’ll to have to wait all week to try EVOO’s breakfast sandwich. A toasty warm English muffin joins forces with a fried egg (obviously), house-made pepper sausage and cheddar for a filling breakfast complete with a side of hashbrowns. It’s almost like the typical fast-food sausage and egg on an English muffin grew up and got a little class.
