Known as the D-Rex Challenge, it’s a pita filled with more than two pounds of shaved beef, lettuce, tomato, onion, and slathered in a sweet, garlicky donair sauce. Devour the three-pound dish in 45 minutes or less and it’s free of charge, and your picture will forever hang on the restaurant’s wall of fame.
